About me
I am an experienced Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and work to the Code of Ethics of my Professional Standards Authority Register. I offer open-ended and time-limited psychodynamic psychotherapy. I work with people who are looking for help with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, dealing with traumatic events, relationship issues, bereavement and work difficulties. We may find ourselves feeling low, depressed or anxious at any time in our lives. These feelings may have been going on for some time, perhaps over many years, or they may be brought on by an event. It can help to share what's going on for you with a trained therapist, and psychotherapy offers a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to talk, think and be. The relationship between client and therapist is very important, so choosing your therapist is a big decision. We will first arrange to talk on the phone. After this, if we decide to proceed, we will meet for a 50-minute consultation where we can talk about what is troubling you and explore how we can work together. Therapy sessions are 50 minutes long, and take place in my practice room in Surbiton at the same time every week. www.ensor-psychotherapy.com
