About me

Welcome to my Counselling and Clinical Supervision practice.  From the moment you connect with me, you will be valued as the individual you are and I will provide a safe, ethical and confidential space for us to work with whatever you are struggling with.  I offer a flexible approach adapting integrative humanist techniques and coaching skills.  All this is tailored to suit your needs and supports a wide range of issues. I have a well-established private practice in West Berkshire where I see clients face to face and I also work with a client base across the UK and abroad online. At The Heart Of Every Session:  You are the centre of every session working alongside the therapist to get the best outcome. It is your world and I endeavour to see it your way, valuing what is important to you and exploring without judgement.  Together we will work towards bespoke goals so that healthy strategies can be formulated to empower you to towards the life you wish to lead. At the heart of Person-Cantered Therapy is compassion, care, empathy and unconditional positive regard for you, as the client. I genuinely feel privileged to work with each of my clients. So whether you are searching for the right therapist for you or Clinical Supervisor, get in touch and we discuss how I may be able to support your needs.
