I have a well-established private practice in West Berkshire where I see clients face to face and I also work with a client base across the UK and abroad online.

At The Heart Of Every Session:  You are the centre of every session working alongside the therapist to get the best outcome. It is your world and I endeavour to see it your way, valuing what is important to you and exploring without judgement.  Together we will work towards bespoke goals so that healthy strategies can be formulated to empower you to towards the life you wish to lead.
