Our relationships sometimes become challenging, often leading to feeling stuck and lost - does this sound familiar to you? I can help you explore what is happening and think about how to change. Together we will create a safe space to think about what has brought you to therapy and find ways to move forward.
I will help you think about how some of your early experiences might have contributed to where you are now, but we will mainly focus on the present. We will identify the resources you already have and explore the areas you want to work on in therapy.
My approach is systemic so we may look into patterns and narratives that are repetitive, communication challenges and any other barriers to becoming who you want to be. I value and respect diversity so I will aim to help you find answers that make sense to your personal beliefs, values, and identity.
I have over 20 years of experience; I have worked in the NHS and Local Authorities and currently work privately. I can offer therapy for individuals, couples and families and speak fluent English and Spanish.
I currently work online only. You are welcome to book a 15-minute initial online video meeting so we can speak and see if the way that I work suits you.

Training and qualifications
I am a registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) as a Systemic and Family Therapist.
I originally became a Licensed Psychologist in Argentina, my country of origin, and then obtained a Master’s Degree in Systemic and Family therapy at the Tavistock and Portman Foundation Trust in London, UK. This means I can draw on different psychological therapies, including Compassion Focused Therapy, Narrative and Attachment ideas. I have worked in different Children and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS) teams in the NHS and in Family Teams within different Local Authorities.
I also hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Parenting and have delivered parenting programmes in the community. I have experience in supporting parents of children with neurodiversity.
