About me

I am an experienced psychodynamic psychotherapist working integratively with private clients since 1998 and in the NHS since 2004, with additional training and practice in trauma/somatic trauma and cognitive behavioural therapy. My practice provides a safe and transformational experience for clients delivering the most relevant therapeutic approaches according to the presenting issues incorporating both mind and body. I act with integrity and respect, taking pride in delivering the highest standards of care. I have been a director of the Foundation of Psychotherapy and Counselling (FPC) awarded a Fellow in recognition of my services and am an active member of BPC, UKCP and BACP. I have a Master’s level degree equivalent in psychotherapy with supervisory and extensive clinical assessment experience.
