About Me

Life can be challenging, therapy can help

Have you been feeling overwhelmed and are unsure about what to do or where to go? I can help you work out what's going wrong to enable you to thrive and live a more fulfilling life. If you have any questions you would like to discuss or to book an appointment, please contact me.

As an integrative counsellor I use more than one counselling technique which allows the flexibility to respond and adapt to each individual's particular needs.

At challenging times in our lives, when talking to friends and family is not quite enough, many people find counselling helpful as it is a chance to focus on yourself, where your own needs are the only priority. It will provide you with the internal resources and strategies you need to thrive and cope with life.

You may come to counselling with a specific difficulty you would like to focus on or perhaps a more generalised feeling of unhappiness. Whatever you’re facing, we’ll build a relationship where you’re able to work things through. Sharing unspoken thoughts and feelings can not only be a huge relief, it can also be transformative, enabling you to become more resilient and empowering you to make more positive choices in your life.

"There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you" MAYA ANGELOU

After you make contact we would arrange a time to meet. In our initial consultation we will discuss your reasons for coming to therapy and any questions you might have about how we will work together.

If you would like to make an appointment or have any questions you wish to discuss please contact me.

Sessions are £70, per 50 minute session (limited number of reduced fee sessions)

I am a counsellor at Chai Cancer Care working with the bereaved, carers, family members and patients.

I have also worked as a counsellor at:

The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama with university students.

Ark Elvin Academy with young people aged 11 - 18yrs.

Barnet Carers with carers from 18+.

I have a lot of experience in supporting special needs.

In my private practice I work with 18+

I offer weekly short term (12 week) or long term therapy.

I have 20+ working in the film industry- dealing with demanding situations and people, hearing people's stories (and seeing the masks they wear). I fully appreciate the stress and demands that highly pressurised jobs can bring and the challenges of working in a competitive, performance related environment.
