About me

I work with couples and individuals who maybe experiencing difficulties  in intimate relationships. I am also a EMDR advanced psychotherapist working with trauma. I am committed to and value the process of therapeutic change and understand the importance of providing a safe space in which to explore and work on your issues. I feel that that engaging within therapy should help promote your journey to greater awareness of self and others. I believe everybody has the ability to change and flourish given the right conditions.
