About me

If you are feeling  anxious, stressed, depressed, under pressure and not sure where your life is going,  I am an experienced therapist and counsellor, who can an offer a safe space to talk about whatever may be troubling you.  You might be feeling in crisis, perhaps have painful experiences, like relationship break up, bereavement or bullying.  Each individual is different.  In therapy we can work together on understanding your own individual situation, and through this I can help you learn more about yourself and about the possibility of change in your life. Normally I see people in my consulting rooms in central London EC4 and WC1 , and can also offer online sessions, weekdays day and evening .  I am happy to arrange an initial consultation to talk about how therapy might help.
