I specialize in treating stress and anxiety-related issues such as social anxiety, procrastination, performance anxiety, phobias/fears, and many others. I can also help you when you feel low, depressed, have low self-confidence, or experiencing emotional distress. In my practice, I have helped people who struggled with worry thoughts, intrusive thoughts, obsessive-compulsive disorder, people who experienced loss or felt stuck in life, and many others.
As a scientist, I believe in the effectiveness of evidence-based practices and utilize a number of strategies such as CBT, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, Mindfulness and Acceptance, and Commitment therapy in my approach to clients I work with.
I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can express yourself freely. I am passionate about helping people gain self-awareness and gaining more control over their unhelpful thoughts, managing their uncomfortable emotions in order to experience greater satisfaction in their lives.
