About Me

I am a Accredited Psychotherapist and qualified Mindfulness Teacher specialising in the treatment of stress and anxiety disorders, depression, bereavement, trauma and other life challenges

Consulting from a private practice in Fulham and Chelsea in London, I employ a combination of mindfulness-based interventions and psychotherapy as a gateway to change, encouraging clients how to come into relationship with their own thoughts, feelings and habitual behaviours rather than wrestle with them. This creates the conditions for emotional wisdom, growth and wellbeing.

I practice Core Process Psychotherapy (CPP) which is a mindfulness based, psycho-spiritual approach to therapy that begins from the premise that awareness is fundamentally healing.

The practice draws from both Buddhist and Western psychological traditions and is firmly rooted in the understanding that at the ‘core’ of each of us lies the potential to connect more deeply with our inherent health and wisdom. This potential is co-created and realised through a therapeutic relationship which is deeply grounded in mutual trust and respect
