Helen Cambridge Psychosynthesis counsellor , IP19
Whatever has brought you here....relationship problems, work stress, anxiety, depression, fear, family issues....together we will create a safe space to explore your experience and process your feelings. After all life is often challenging and lonely, the fact you are here looking for support is the biggest and most courageous first step to healing.
I am a Psychosynthesis counsellor in my final year of training, under supervision at the Institute of Psychosynthesis. I made the commitment to my own personal journey of healing and growth mid-life after a career in Marketing. I chose to study and practice Psychosynthesis as I value the central perspective that we ALL have the potential for healing and change. It’s in realising that potential we can connect to our lives purpose giving us meaning and a sense of value.
I offer short- and long-term work, currently online only due to the coronavirus but reverting to face to face sessions as soon as is possible. As a I am in training, I offer low cost counselling.
I hope that what you have read here encourages you to take the next step to get in touch so we can arrange a time for an initial consultation. The initial session gives us space to discover what brings you to therapy, to start to get to know each other and to determine if you would like to work with me, we will then take it from there.
Whatever you choose take care of yourself.
