About me
I’m a qualified counsellor, training to be a Certified Transactional Analyst. I work with high-functioning adults who are exhausted from holding it all together: people-pleasers, over-functioners, carers, and leaders who feel responsible for everyone else’s feelings and outcomes. In our work together, we’ll look at the patterns and early decisions that keep you stuck. Using a Transactional Analysis framework, we’ll explore how your life script, ego states (Parent, Adult, Child), and relationship dynamics show up in everyday life. You might notice how often you say “yes” when you mean “maybe”, or how your inner critic sounds suspiciously like a parent or teacher from long ago. My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and gently challenging. I won’t tell you who you should be. Instead, I’ll help you understand the rules you’ve been living by, reconnect with your own needs, and create space for more honest, choiceful ways of relating to yourself and others. I offer online sessions across the UK. Sessions are £55, with a 10% concession available for students and those on a low income. To work around busy schedules, I have appointments available early in the morning and in the evenings. If you’re curious about how therapy could support you, you’re welcome to get in touch.

Training and qualifications
I hold a Level 5 Foundation Degree in Humanistic Counselling, with a specialist focus on Transactional Analysis, from Peter Symonds College, which I passed with distinction. My training is grounded in a person-centred, relational approach, using TA concepts such as ego states, life scripts, and early decisions to understand how old patterns show up in adult life. I have experience and particular interest in working with people who identify as neurodivergent, as well as those who struggle with people-pleasing, over-functioning, anxiety, or burnout. I aim to offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore how you’ve learned to survive, and begin to create more choiceful ways of living.
