Fiona Riley
Psychodynamic psychotherapistAbout Me
You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, sad, depressed, struggling with relationships or don't know what you feel? If so, then I offer you an opportunity to explore freely your thoughts and feelings in confidence and without judgement.
People come to see me for many different reasons including anxiety, stress, depression, relationship difficulties, bereavement and separation, self-esteem, eating, self harm, sex, trauma and other issues. We work together to make sense of what may be underlying these to reduce the symptoms and attune your understanding and awareness to help make changes.
I am an experienced , qualified psychotherapist and counsellor offering short and open ended individual and couple therapy for adults of all ages.
I work both in private practice in North West London and in the NHS.
Additionally, I facilitate reflective practice groups and work as a coach and mentor.
In the past, I enjoyed working in Media and Corporate businesses at Board and Managing Director level and in the Charity sector as CEO and now as a Trustee.
Feel free to contact me for a brief initial telephone conversation and we can think about how we may work together.
