About me

You don’t have to hold it all together on your own. I’m an integrative and existential therapist offering a calm, supportive space where you can step out of the pressures of daily life and explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. Whether you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected or just not quite yourself, therapy can be a place to make sense of your experience and begin to move forward. My approach is tailored to each person I work with—drawing on a range of therapeutic models to meet your specific needs, while being rooted in the existential belief that much of our distress comes from the deeper questions we all face: Who am I? What do I really want? How do I live a more meaningful life? I have particular experience working with men who may be struggling with emotional isolation, relationship difficulties, or life transitions. I also specialise in working with those in the performing arts—actors, musicians, dancers, writers, and other creatives—who are navigating the unique challenges of identity, visibility, and creative pressure. Therapy with me is collaborative, down-to-earth, and grounded in real human connection. You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. If you're feeling ready to start a conversation, I’d be glad to hear from you. I offer in-person and online sessions. Initial consultations available.
