About me
My aim is to provide a safe, empathic and confidential environment in which to help each person find the best way of dealing with the circumstances and experiences that cause them distress. Feelings of low self-esteem, anxiety and depression can be debilitating, and managing the complexities of personal and professional relationships can feel overwhelming. The therapeutic process offers a space in which to gain meaningful insight and work towards living a more fulfilling life. My approach is to work collaboratively with each individual in a way that is sensitive to their ambitions for personal growth and change. I enjoy working in a creative manner and developing a bespoke treatment for each individual client. I'm committed to developing a strong therapeutic relationship that emphasises respect, acceptance and understanding. I offer a free 15-minute introductory call. My sessions are 60 minutes long (rather than the usual 50 minute 'therapeutic hour') and I recommend meeting weekly.
