About me
About Me: My first degree in Philosophy deeply informs my therapeutic practice, particularly in exploring what it means to live a fulfilling life. This foundation allows me to guide clients through deep questions around identity, meaning, and purpose. Before qualifying as a therapist, I had a significant career in business development and consulting in London. This experience means I understand the pressures of corporate life, enabling me to support clients facing work-related stress, career transitions, and the search for balance. My Approach: I’m a qualified integrative therapist, meaning I draw on person-centred, psychodynamic, and existential approaches to tailor therapy to your unique needs and experiences. Together, we’ll explore both the present and your past to gain insight into your current circumstances and relational patterns. I have experience working with clients in the NHS, IAPT, low-cost counselling services, as well as private practice.
