A walk in the woods/park: £150

I offer transpersonal therapy and counselling, which can take place in a natural setting whilst walking or seated. There are many benefits to being outdoors within nice settings. Privacy will have to be discussed so that we can aim to make sure the setting is right, safe and confidential, alongside the details of what I will do if you do happen see someone known to you. The transpersonal element of the therapy I offer can be really empowering within the right settings or whilst walking.

Home visit (within the North and North West London area) Starting from £150 based on area:

Following a chat and an initial assessment (on the telephone or in person), we may decide that it would be best for you to have counselling and therapy sessions in your own home.
