About me
I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist and analytical psychologist offering a reflective and containing space to adults in Highgate, North London and surrounding areas. I work with people who are experiencing anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, life transitions, loss and bereavement, or a sense of feeling stuck, helping them explore emotional patterns and understand how past experiences influence present life. Psychotherapy can be helpful at many different points in life. Some people seek therapy in response to a specific difficulty or crisis, while others come with a more general sense that something is not quite right. My work is grounded in psychodynamic and analytical psychology, with an emphasis on thoughtful exploration rather than quick solutions. Sessions can be offered in person in Highgate, North London or online, depending on your preference. If you would like to explore psychotherapy further, you can contact me to arrange a free 20-minute introductory call. Here, we will explore how we may work together and whether psychotherapy is the right treatment for you.
