About me
Coming to counselling for the first time can feel daunting and often takes courage. Drawing on over ten years’ experience in practice, I offer a calm, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly, at your own pace. You may be seeking support following a loss or separation, or struggling with anxiety, depression, or relationship difficulties. Perhaps past experiences feel overwhelming, or you’re left with a general sense that something isn’t quite right. Whatever brings you, therapy can offer a space to reflect, gain clarity, and begin to make meaningful changes. My work is grounded in psychodynamic counselling, which focuses on understanding how past experiences and unconscious patterns shape the way we think, feel, and relate to others. The therapeutic relationship is central to this process. Together, we will explore recurring patterns and gently challenge what may be holding you back, helping you develop greater self-awareness and resilience. I work with individuals and couples, offering both short and long-term counselling, in person and online.
