About me
I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor. I specialise in supporting neurodivergent people, such as those with ADHD and autism. I also specialise in working with trauma. I seek to offer a space where you can explore what’s happening in your life with care and curiosity, allowing what needs attention to emerge. Alongside this, I support clients with a wide range of challenges — from anxiety, depression, and shame to low self-esteem, loss of purpose, and relationship difficulties. My approach is relational, collaborative, creative and supportive. I work with adults in both short-term therapy (minimum 12 sessions) and longer-term therapy, depending on your needs. My practice is neuro-affirming; I aim to validate your experience and not pathologise difference. I currently see clients in private practice and at 1 in 4, a clinic focused on trauma. I offer in-person therapy Mondays (London Bridge) & Wednesdays (Peckham Rye), and online sessions Tuesdays & Thursdays. I practice Gestalt therapy, drawing from humanistic, existential, somatic, and trauma-informed perspectives. If you resonate with my profile, you’re welcome to email me to schedule a free 15-minute Zoom call where we can get to know each other and go over any questions you may have.
