About me

I'm an experienced and compassionate psychotherapist working with individual adult clients. I have worked both in the NHS and privately over the past 15 years.  If I have a space, we would agree to meet weekly online via zoom. Together, we find out what brings you and how we can untangle the thoughts and feelings you are having so that you can feel clearer, stronger and more grounded in yourself.   I am an approved executive coach for senior staff at NHS improvement and work with other senior leaders from companies ranging from family businesses to global corporations.  PLEASE  NOTE: I do not practice outside office hours/weekends.
