About Me

I am an experienced psychotherapist working in Chancery Lane and West London and see a broad range of people who bring many different issues they wish to explore.

I provide a safe, confidential setting where you can talk freely about the issues that may be troubling you. Through regular weekly sessions, I aim to work with you to uncover what might be influencing unhelpful patterns in your life. Understanding these can help you gain fresh insight and find a healthier way forward.

I offer one-to-one short term (12 weeks) and open-ended long-term psychotherapy.  Open-ended means that we can work together for as long as feels right for you. The work is a collaborative process between therapist and client and it is important that you feel at ease with your therapist.  The initial consultation is an opportunity to meet, ask questions and discuss your expectations of therapy and to see if my approach is for you.

You are welcome to contact me by telephone or email to discuss your situation, or to set up a preliminary consultation.  All communications will be treated in complete confidence.
