About me

Compassionate, and experienced Psychotherapist here to support you. Reaching out for support takes real courage—and it’s an important first step toward change. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of someone to talk to, you’re not alone. As a skilled and empathetic psychotherapist, I offer a safe, supportive space where you can begin to explore what’s going on beneath the surface. Together, we’ll work at your pace to untangle the thoughts and emotions that may feel confusing, heavy, or difficult to face on your own. In our work, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect, gain insight, and begin healing from past experiences that may be holding you back. Therapy can uncover deeper patterns, help you understand yourself more fully, and empower you to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
