I have extensive experience working across NHS adult mental health services, children's counselling charities, and private practice. My integrative approach allows me to tailor therapeutic techniques to meet your unique needs. I specialise in supporting individuals with attachment issues, relationship challenges, anxiety, loss and depression, working collaboratively to help them navigate personal and relational difficulties. I am also skilled in fostering deeper understanding and connection within relationships.    I am a psychotherapist who encourages my clients to explore their problems and emotions, enabling positive change and personal growth through a confidential and facilitating environment. I welcome clients to have an initial session of therapy to meet with me so we can discuss the types of issues that are of concern. My background is in Art psychotherapy and integrative forms of psychotherapy.
