About me
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, overwhelm and burnout. If you feel like you're carrying something that's become too heavy, talking to a counsellor can be a good way to lighten the load. I'm a Person-Centred counsellor, and hold a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. My focus is on providing an accepting and empathetic listening ear, without judgement or giving advice. My own lived experience as a queer woman with ADHD informs my specialities, but I work with people from any and all backgrounds. My warm, genuine and professional manner helps people feel safe to explore their thoughts and feelings and understand themselves a little better.
