About me
Hi, I’m Martin, a person-centred counsellor. I offer a calm, welcoming space where you can talk about what’s troubling you—or simply start with the sense that something doesn’t feel right. We can explore things at your pace, without judgment. I believe that you are the expert in your own life. My role is not to "fix" you, but to accompany you as you uncover the answers and strengths already within you. By building a relationship based on trust and genuine acceptance, we create the safety necessary for you to speak your truth and examine the patterns that may be holding you back. Often, the simple act of being truly heard is where the shift begins. As we work together, the confusion often clears, and the feeling of being "stuck" transforms into a sense of possibility. I invite you to book a free introductory call or zoom. This is a relaxed opportunity for us to meet, discuss what brings you here, and see if my approach feels like the right fit for your journey. If you feel ready to take the next step, I would love to hear from you in the way that feels most comfortable for you: Contact me via this page. Email me at [email protected] Call or text me at 07345 658852 I welcome your interest and look forward to connecting with you. I typically respond to all inquiries within 24 hours (and often much sooner). Please be assured that all contact is strictly confidential and handled via secure phone and email services.

Training and qualifications
I am a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor, trained at the Metanoia Institute in London. Alongside my private practice, I counsel with a mental health charity in North London and volunteer with a national online psychotherapy network, providing support to adults from all walks of life. Before transitioning into therapy, I qualified as a Therapeutic Wellbeing Practitioner, working within schools and supporting families through a charity for survivors of domestic abuse. My professional journey also includes experience as a TEFL teacher, a professional actor, and an artist; these diverse experiences allow me to bring a creative and open-minded approach to my therapeutic work.
