About me

I bring many years of experience in health and wellbeing, with a professional background in nursing, midwifery, health visiting and therapeutic coaching. As an integrative counsellor, I offer a warm, supportive and individual approach, adapting the way I work to your needs and what feels helpful to you. I have experience supporting people with anxiety and stress, bereavement and loss, trauma, chronic fatigue and long-term health conditions, women’s health, life transitions and career changes. I also have experience working with adolescents and young people, older adults and neurodivergent people. I work with people of different ages and stages of life, providing a space to explore what is happening for you at your own pace and in a way that feels right for you.
