About me
I’m a qualified therapist, offering a safe and non judgemental space for you to talk about what is going on in your life. Together we can explore your feelings and experiences at a pace that feels comfortable and help you find a way forward. Perhaps it’s work stress, or relationship anxieties or just an overwhelming sense of feeling that you are just not happy. You don’t have to have a name for what you’re feeling - sometimes just starting is the way to begin. So come on in - drop me a note and together we can work it out.
