About me

I believe relationships are the most powerful aspect of our lives. they bring us the greatest joys and the greatest pains. Indeed, most of our wounds were created by poor relationships – hence why my primary focus as a therapist is working with you in a relational way. I first trained as a psychologist, then spent 20+ years in corporate consultancy so understand well the passions, pressures and politics of corporate life. I trained NLP and then Executive coaching which I have been doing now for over 17 years. I have been married for 40 years, so understand well the ups and down of relationships and how we develop as individuals and in relationship with others. My wife and I are most proud of having raised two deaf children to be fully ‘complete’ and confident in who they are (we talk about ‘diff-ability’ not ‘dis-ability’) Please see my over 100 you tube videos: @paularnold4002 https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCjRpw6YK6cSbnH-jBUxciCA?view_as=subscriber
