About me

I became a counsellor after working as a teacher for 20 years. I always gravitated towards the pastoral side of my role. Listening and helping people has always been something I have found myself naturally carrying out. My own life experiences led to me seeking personal therapy. This showed me how much it can help. It led to me wanting to support others who are facing difficulties within their lives, giving them a safe, non-judgemental space to feel listened to and heard.
