About me

Hello, and welcome. Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and finding the right therapist is an important part of the process. My aim is to provide a warm, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can feel comfortable exploring whatever is happening in your life. I work from a person-centred and integrative perspective, which means I believe you are the expert on your own life. I will work alongside you at your pace, helping you explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a way that feels safe and meaningful. Every client is unique, so I tailor sessions to your individual needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. I have experience supporting adults with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, bereavement, relationship difficulties, trauma, emotional regulation, life transitions, and family challenges. I understand that life can sometimes feel overwhelming, leaving us feeling stuck, lost, or unsure of how to move forward. Therapy offers the opportunity to gain insight, process difficult experiences, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself. Together, we can explore what is holding you back and work towards the life you want to live. Above all, I strive to create a therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, authenticity, and acceptance, where you feel heard, valued, and supported throughout your journey.
