About me
I work with adult individuals from aged 18 upwards either short or long term. You will see some of the issues I work with under my areas of expertise but this is not a comprehensive list so please feel free to contact me for more information about the type of things I work with. Sessions take place either in person in Maidstone, Kent, or by video using Zoom. I use an integrative approach (main approaches being psychodynamic, person-centred and cognitive behavioural therapy). An integrative approach means that the therapy can be tailored to each individual and gives clients more choice. I am also qualified in providing EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) and also Inference-based cognitive behavioural therapy for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
