About me
Hello, I’m Byron. I have been working in private practice since 2017. For me, staying at the forefront of therapeutic knowledge and development is vital. As a counsellor, tutor, and supervisor, I am deeply committed to continuous learning and sharing these concepts to better support the people I work with. My Approach to Therapy I am a trauma-informed practitioner and a pluralistic counsellor. In straightforward terms, this means I am experienced across a variety of therapeutic modalities and will actively adapt my approach based on exactly what you need and bring to our sessions. I am warm, friendly, and above all, practically focused. My aim is to listen without judgment, deeply understand your experience, and support you with actionable knowledge and tools that will empower you to progress. Seamless Client Care Therapy should be a supportive experience, and that includes the administrative side. I use a very straightforward, secure client management system. You will have access to your own private portal where we can securely communicate, share therapeutic tools, manage your care, and handle payments seamlessly. Let's Take the Next Step Finding the right fit is the most important part of therapy. I want you to feel 100% confident in working with me before you make any commitment. That is why I offer a free initial consultation. We will use this time to collect some basic information about your needs and goals, and to see if we can agree on a helpful, collaborative way forward.
