About me
I believe therapy is a space where you can be completely yourself — without having to have the answers or explain everything perfectly. I offer a warm, thoughtful and non-judgemental space where we can slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and explore what you might want to change. I work with people experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, life transitions, questions around identity and belonging, or patterns of thinking and behaviour that they would like to understand differently. You may feel disconnected from yourself, unsure of what you want, or simply know that something doesn’t feel quite right. My approach is humanistic and integrative, which means I draw on different therapeutic perspectives and adapt our work to you rather than fitting you into a particular method. Our sessions may involve looking at your experiences, relationships and patterns, as well as exploring what is happening for you in the present. I’m particularly interested in the connection between our inner world and the expectations, relationships and environments around us. I also have an interest in neurodiversity, cultural identity, belonging and the experience of living between different cultures. Having lived in several countries myself, I understand that there can be many layers to how we see ourselves and where we feel we belong. Above all, I want therapy to feel like a space where you feel comfortable, heard and able to be honest. We can work at your pace, with curiosity and compassion, towards a better understanding of yourself and what you need.

Training and qualifications
I’m a qualified Humanistic Integrative Counsellor and Coach, with an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling from CPPD in North London, alongside a Diploma in Coaching with Relational Dynamics. I’m a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work in line with its ethical framework. My therapeutic training draws on Person-Centred Therapy, Attachment Theory, Psychodynamic approaches, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and CBT. This integrative training allows me to bring different perspectives into our work and tailor therapy to your needs. I also have a Master’s degree in Business Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, as well as a professional background in business development and change management within the creative industries alongside voluntary engagements for UN Women and Mentor. This has given me a particular understanding of periods of change, questions around direction and identity, and the pressures that can come with work, relationships and life transitions. My areas of interest include anxiety and overwhelm, relationships, self-esteem, identity and belonging, life transitions, cultural identity and neurodiversity, including ADHD and autism. I am particularly interested in helping people understand recurring patterns and reconnect with what matters to them, finding balance in their life.
