About me

I work with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including identity exploration, depression, suicidal thoughts, learning differences and the impact of trauma. My approach is trauma-informed and compassionate, recognising how life experiences can shape the way we feel, think and relate to others. I am an HCPC and BAAT registered Art Psychotherapist working with children, young people and adults. I offer a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where people can explore their thoughts and feelings through creativity, particularly when words feel difficult to find. If You’re Wondering… “I’m not creative.” - You don’t need to be. “What if I draw something dark?” - That’s allowed. “Will I have to explain everything?” - Only what feels right. “Is it safe?” - Yes. The space is confidential, structured, and ethically held.
