About me
You might be suffering in silence and feel exhausted trying to 'be strong', often for other people and your own tank is running on empty. You might be struggling with anxiety, depression, stress or lacking in self confidence and not know where to turn. Perhaps you're facing relationship difficulties, grief, trauma or a major life transition that feels so overwhelming right now and you can't switch off. It could be past experiences that are still affecting you, or a sense that something just 'isn’t right'. Often we may not know the source of our pain, yet the weight and burden of carrying it feels very real, overwhelming and painful. I have experience working with clients across a broad range of areas, tailoring therapy to what you need. I offer support with: Anxiety, Stress and Burnout (including work-related stress and career transitions) Trauma, Childhood Trauma and past experiences Abuse Low mood and Depression Perimenopause, menopause & life transitions Interpersonal difficulties and conflict (including workplace) Low Confidence and Self-Esteem Loss, Grief and Bereavement Relationship Challenges, Family dynamics Attachment Wounds Health related issues Whatever you're going through, you deserve a space for you. A space where you can gently let go of the weight. I'm here for you and we can start figuring it out together, at a pace that feels right for you. I'm also passionate about walking alongside women navigating the perimenopause, menopause, and the profound shifts that come with this stage of life. I know first-hand, this phase of life can feel incredibly lonely. Alongside the physical symptoms and changes, you might be experiencing a sudden drop in confidence, low self-esteem, debilitating anxiety, or a sense of imposter syndrome that makes you doubt your own abilities. Your sleep might be disturbed, leaving you physically and emotionally exhausted. It is also a time when many women experience a profound sense of loss. A loss of our identity or purpose, often while balancing a demanding career, caring for aging parents, or dealing with an empty nest. You might be noticing difficulties in your relationships. It can feel scary and chaotic and perhaps you don’t know where to turn. I see you, and I hear you. You deserve a space that is entirely yours to process these changes without judgment. You might be worried about reaching out, wondering what to say, or feeling anxious about how to "be" in therapy. That is all completely normal and very understandable. Taking the first step is often the hardest part. In my practice, there is no right or wrong way to be. No matter what you bring into the room, you will always be accepted exactly as you are. We will work together at a pace that always feels safe and comfortable for you.
