About me

Many of the difficulties we experience in adulthood have their roots in earlier relationships and life experiences. You may find yourself repeating the same patterns in relationships, struggling to set boundaries, feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself, despite trying hard to change. I offer a warm, collaborative and trauma-informed space where we can explore these patterns together. Rather than focusing only on managing symptoms, I help you understand the deeper emotional and relational experiences that shaped the way you relate to yourself and others. As these patterns become clearer, new choices become possible. My approach is grounded in Transactional Analysis psychotherapy and informed by attachment theory, relational psychotherapy and trauma-informed practice. Therapy is tailored to your individual needs, whether you are navigating relationship difficulties, codependency, anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions, the impact of childhood experiences, or the challenges of migration and identity. I believe lasting change comes through understanding yourself with curiosity rather than criticism. Together, we will work towards building healthier relationships, stronger boundaries, greater self-awareness and a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
