About me

I see therapy as a collaborative process rather than something that is done to you. My role isn't to tell you who to be or to offer quick fixes, but to help you understand yourself more clearly, make sense of your experiences, and build the confidence to navigate life in a way that feels authentic to you. Sessions are guided by curiosity, compassion, and honest conversation, with enough challenge to encourage growth and enough support to help you feel safe along the way. Together, we'll explore the patterns, beliefs, relationships, and experiences that have shaped you, making sense of what feels difficult while building the confidence and self-awareness to navigate life with greater ease. My hope is that the changes we make aren't temporary, but become part of how you move through the world long after therapy has ended.

Training and qualifications

I hold a Master's degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy and am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Alongside my formal training, I engage in regular supervision and ongoing professional development to ensure my work remains ethical, informed, and responsive to the people I work with. Qualifications matter because they ensure therapy is safe, ethical, and grounded. What matters just as much is how that knowledge is used. My aim is for you to leave sessions not feeling dependent on therapy, but feeling more connected to yourself, more confident in your choices, and better equipped for whatever comes next.
