About me
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming. Whether you’re feeling anxious, stuck, emotionally exhausted, or struggling with relationships, therapy can offer a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences at a pace that feels right for you. I believe therapy is built on a trusting relationship where you feel safe enough to be yourself—without fear of judgement or pressure to have everything figured out. My role is to walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and authenticity as we make sense of your experiences together. My approach is tailored to your individual needs rather than following a one-size-fits-all model. Grounded in person-centred values, I integrate psychodynamic, relational, attachment-based, cognitive behavioural (CBT), and somatic approaches. Together, we can explore how past experiences may be influencing your present while developing practical tools to help you navigate current challenges. My practice is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and affirming of diversity, creating a space where all aspects of your identity are welcomed and respected. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, grief, trauma, identity concerns, life transitions, and the unique experiences associated with neurodivergence. Whether this is your first experience of therapy or you’re returning after time away, I hope to help you develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and lasting, meaningful change.
