About me
I hold an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy from the Metanoia Institute and I am an accredited member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). Alongside my private practice, I worked for almost a decade as a psychotherapist and clinical practitioner with the NHS in East London, where I also facilitated therapeutic groups. I have also trained in group analysis and hold a Diploma in Groupwork. I am warm, grounded, and reflective in my way of working. I bring compassion and integrity into every session, and I invite you to bring whatever you need to explore—your anxieties, your feelings, your hopes and fears. Together, we can begin to make sense of your experiences and explore the potential for growth and change.
