About me
In my work with you, I typically pay close attention to the meaning of what you bring to therapy and offer interpretation, insight, or a new experience that may provide relief or healing of old wounds. I believe that we are not defined forever by our past or our current problems. Instead, we can talk with a sensitive and experienced therapist, understand where we are and where we want to get to, and rewrite our story. I look forward to hearing from you! My specialty is Transactional Analysis, which is a way of understanding and unpicking patterns of thinking, feeling or behaviour that feel troubling or stuck. I will support you to explore any underlying issues and discover a route forward to meaningful change — shifting behaviours, changing unhelpful ways of thinking and building self-esteem and autonomy. Perhaps you are looking for a therapist at the perfect time. Choosing the right person is an important decision, and to help you make the right choice for you I offer a free 15-minute video or phone call so we can chat about your goals for therapy and get to know what it might be like to work together.
