I work with individual adults experiencing emotional distress and challenges arising from divorce, separation, and relationship difficulties. I offer therapy, counselling, and coaching through an integrative approach that combines psychotherapy with practical, future-focused goal setting. My aim is to support you in a confidential, non-judgmental way as you explore your thoughts and feelings, make informed decisions about your life, and move forward with greater confidence. Alongside my private practice, I also work within a Family Law Clinic, offering emotional and practical support. I offer a warm, supportive space to explore relationship struggles, loneliness, divorce, separation, step-parenting, co-parenting, and wider family issues. Drawing on psychotherapy and therapeutic coaching techniques, I work with you at your pace to understand what you are experiencing and consider practical ways forward.
