About me
My counselling style, as a Humanistic Person-Centred Therapist, means our work together is focused on what feels most important to you. I provide an age-inclusive space, welcome gender-diverse clients. My psychotherapy practice is neurodivergent-affirming, every identity is respected and celebrated. In addition to my private practice, I currently work as an NHS cancer service counsellor and with adolescence students at a local school. In my previous role working at Victim Support, here I developed a deep foundation in crisis support and trauma-informed counselling practice.
