About me
My aim is to support you in developing greater self-understanding and navigating life’s challenges with increased clarity and resilience. My practice is integrative, drawing from a range of therapeutic perspectives, with a strong foundation in psychodynamic thinking. This means we will pay attention not only to your current challenges, but also to the deeper patterns and relational experiences that may be shaping how you think, feel, and relate to others. Together, we will explore how past experiences and unconscious dynamics may be influencing your present life. I believe meaningful change happens within a safe and collaborative therapeutic relationship. Therapy offers the opportunity to slow down, reflect, and make sense of experiences that may feel confusing, overwhelming, or stuck. Our work will be thoughtful and paced, allowing space for both insight and emotional processing.
