Marc Bosset

I am a UKCP-registered psychotherapist and BACP-accredited therapist based in Sevenoaks, Kent with an M.A in Psychotherapy and Counselling. My work has been published in the renowned British Journal of Psychotherapy. My approach is integrative, drawing on psychodynamic and relational psychotherapy alongside other therapeutic approaches where appropriate. Rather than simply concentrating on the immediate symptoms, we can look together at the patterns underneath them: how they developed, what keeps them going, and how they affect the way you relate to yourself and to other people. The aim isn't simply to understand yourself better. It is to create the possibility of doing things differently.
