I am an integrative psychotherapist certified by the UKCP and BACP. I have a strong interest in complex trauma, ADHD, ASD and functional neurological disorders and their overlapping manifestations. I have published articles about complex trauma in the British Journal of Psychotherapy and about Long Covid in the BACP's Private Practice journal. Prior to becoming a psychotherapist I worked for 15 years in the corporate world internationally, enabling me to help individuals working in roles of high pressure and responsibility.
