About me
I am a HCPC Registered Clinical Psychologist and Director of Profound Psychology in Lincoln. I provide specialist neuro-affirming psychological therapy, neurodevelopmental assessment, and post-diagnostic support (understanding autism and ADHD) for neurodiverse people in Lincoln and online across the UK. Working with someone who understands neurodiversity and how to adapt psychological approaches is really key in helping neurodiverse people work through their difficulties. Especially when people have experienced multiple barriers to accessing psychological support that is tailored to them and meets their needs. I work with children and adults, offering psychological assessment and therapeutic intervention for a range of difficulties, including depression, anxiety, phobias, obsessive–compulsive difficulties, relationship difficulties, and trauma. My speciality is in adapting psychological therapies to meet the needs of neurodiverse people. I understand that reaching out for psychological support can feel like a significant step. Many people come to therapy feeling uncertain, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin. My aim is to provide a collaborative space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace.
