My name is Teresa, welcome to my page. I have experience in: mental health, I was a mental health nurse before retraining. Bereavement, self-worth/esteem, DV and trauma. I am an integrative counsellor which means that I have the ability to use many different theories to guide our work. You are the only person that matters and so I mould my practice around you and do not expect you to mould to any theory. We work at your pace, remember you are the most important person, we will walk together in order for you to find the right path for you.

Qualified mental health nurse, pin rescinded which just means I no longer practice. Training with a children's charity, bereavement charity and working with DV charity. Extensive work was carers and mental health. I am also a trained mentee, I teach counselling in further education and am a supervisor.
