About me

I work with high-performing individuals who are used to managing pressure, responsibility and success, but who may privately feel lonely, disconnected, burnt out or unsure who they are beyond achievement. For many capable people, the strategies that once helped them succeed — overworking, staying in control, pushing through, withdrawing from relationships, or numbing emotional pain — can eventually become the very patterns that keep them stuck. As an experienced professional coach and psychotherapist, I offer a distinctive space between coaching and therapy. Coaching can create momentum without reaching deeper emotional roots. Therapy can create insight without translating into change. My approach brings these together, combining psychological depth with focus on how change becomes real for you. I offer a free chemistry session to understand what you are bringing, whether my experience is the right fit, and whether you feel comfortable working with me. If we decide to continue, I usually suggest an initial block of six sessions, followed by a review, before moving into longer-term or deeper work.
