About me

Hi, I’m Jenny -You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or not quite like yourself. -Perhaps you’re experiencing significant worry, stress, relationship difficulties, or struggling to adjust to a significant life change. -Or it may be that the impact of your past experiences are still affecting you, and holding you back from living a fulfilling life. I offer a calm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and at your own pace. Together, we can explore what’s going on for you, helping you feel more understood, more in control, and develop strategies so you feel better able to cope moving forward. I have experience supporting clients with: • Trauma and difficult past experiences • Anxiety, stress, and burnout • Bereavement, grief and loss • Relationship challenges • Life changes and transitions • Low self-esteem and confidence • Adjusting to a cancer diagnosis or other health conditions, for yourself or someone close to you My approach is flexible and tailored to you. I draw on person-centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Gestalt therapy, alongside specialist training in bereavement, trauma, and cancer support. Where helpful, I can also integrate mindfulness and the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). I’ve worked across a range of settings, including hospitals, schools, a hospice, charities, and private practice, and I am committed to creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and genuinely supported. I understand that choosing a therapist can feel challenging and time-consuming. You’re welcome to get in touch via email to arrange a free, no-obligation 15-minute initial conversation by phone or video call, to see if I feel like the right fit for you. I am currently working mainly online, but I also rent a room at Space To Be Hackney (close to London Fields and Cambridge Heath overground stations)
