About me

I trained to become a counsellor/Psychotherapist because of my own life experience. Since I was a child, I had suffered from anxiety and panic attacks for reasons I couldn't understand. I used alcohol to help me through these issues. Eventually, I came to depend on it. This resulted in my losing my marriage, my job and my home. The shame attaching to being divorced, homeless and jobless drove me into depression. I studied to try help me understand addiction, panic and loss in addition to the irrational fears I had Thankfully, I stopped drinking alcohol some time ago now. I have devoted much of my life since trying to help people who are where I was. Tommy
