self-pay / private fees Individual therapy session (50 minutes): £120 Couples therapy session (60 minutes): £140 ADHD assessment: £800 to £1,200 (across 2 to 3 sessions, includes written report) Expert witness / medicolegal work: £150 to £250 per hour Insurance I accept BUPA, AXA, and Vitality at agreed panel rates. Clients must obtain authorisation from their insurer before the first session. Concessions A limited number of reduced-fee spaces may be available depending on circumstances. Please enquire.
